WE NEED THE BALLOT NOT BULLET

Peace is just the absence of war. Ghana is said to be the gateway to Africa therefore we are the pace setters of Mother Africa. My aim is to inspire individuals and the nation as a whole on the consequences of war and the benefits of peace.
My target is the media because whatever they put out on air may either spark or quench war in Mother Ghana. I want to champion the course of improving the quality of peace in the country. The media must always tell the truth and have proper investigations done before bringing news on air for the “lay” men in the country who only act on hearsay. No wonder I vowed to be in this renowned institution in order to gain a platform to champion peace before and during and after any election.
Peace must always continue to reign in this nation. I believe we must always fight for peace not only when it is time for elections.
Anytime I hear of Ghana being the gateway to Africa, I get goose bumps all over my body because it only literally means we always set up the mark for other African countries to follow. If war should break now, the economy, which is the backbone of this country will run the aisle of poverty. No country will like to build us up we have to do it ourselves.
Lets us all fight to preserve the peace we are enjoying at this moment in our mother land.
We need the ballots not bullet.
